Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials undergo rigorous inspection upon arrival. We verify component specifications, batch numbers, and compliance with RoHS standards.

  • Sampling per AQL 0.65 (MIL-STD-105E, Level II)
  • Equipment: X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer Olympus DELTA Premium for RoHS substance screening
  • Records retained for 5 years per ISO 9001 §7.5.3

In-Process Testing

During manufacturing, each unit undergoes multiple testing stages including solder joint inspection, functional testing, and burn-in testing.

  • 100% in-line functional test; sample-based AQL 1.0 for visual
  • AOI (Omron VT-M120) + ICT (Keysight i3070) + Burn-in chamber (Espec PL-3KH)
  • Burn-in: 8 hours @ 60°C, 110% rated load

Final Inspection & Aging Test

Before shipment, each product is thoroughly tested for electrical performance, mechanical integrity, and packaging quality.

  • 100% final electrical test + 24h aging test (per IEC 62368-1)
  • Chroma 8000 ATS + Hi-pot tester (Hipotronics HD115A, 5kVAC/6kVDC)
  • Outgoing AQL: Critical 0 / Major 0.65 / Minor 2.5

Ongoing Monitoring & Reliability

We maintain product quality records and conduct periodic audits to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards.

  • Calculated MTBF > 500,000 hours per Telcordia SR-332
