Warranty

- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge within the warranty period.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Defective products may be returned for replacement or full refund within the warranty period.
- Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs for defective items are borne by ModulesLink; for non-defective returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Limitation of Liability
ModulesLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
